How long will it take for my application to be processed?
We will Process your application as soon as we received your completer requirements. The loan will be released to you within 1-5 working days from the date of application.
Is there an application fee?
I have no existing checking account, can I apply for Any Type of your Loan Product?
Yes. We generally allow applicants with no existing checking account. They would be required to open a checking/current account once the application has been approved via our endorsement
How would I know if my application is already approved?
An office representative will call to inform you that your application has been approved and will give you further instructions on how to claim your loan proceeds
I have a problem with my monthly amortization. Who do I contact?

How do I renew my loan?
You can renew your loan by Calling or visiting any ASIALINK FINANCE CORPORATION branch nearest your home or you may Apply Online.
I am interested to renew my loan but I still have an outstanding loan. Do I need to pay off my loan?
No. You may renew your loan if you had already paid at least 50% of your loan and the remaining balance would be deducted from your loan proceeds.
How would I know if I am qualified to renew my loan? Would I be required to submit the same requirements?
You may inquire from your nearest branch or an office representative will call to inform that you are qualified for loan renewal. You will be requested to submit or fax your latest bank statements and updated proof of residence to any Asialink Finance Corporation branch near you.
How long will it take for my loan renewal to be processed?
Generally, loan renewals take 1-2 working days to be processed.
Will the approval be higher from my previous loan?
Normally, approval on loan renewals are higher than the previous loan but it still depends on your payment history and the result of credit evaluation.
